1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Ship With Tori, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes your ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Ship With Tori provides professional courier and logistics services including, but not limited to:

USA to Jamaica Package Forwarding
Air Freight Shipping
Online Shopping Assistance
Personal Shopper Services
Door-to-Door Delivery
Package Pickup Services
Package Receiving & Processing
Warehouse Handling

Ship With Tori reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Pickup Location

Customers may collect packages at:

Kintyre, Kingston, Jamaica

Customers will be notified once their packages are available for collection.

4. Delivery Services

Ship With Tori offers:

Door-to-Door Delivery

Door-to-door delivery is available throughout approved delivery zones for an additional fee.

Promotional Free Delivery

For July and August, FREE delivery is available to:

Papine Square
Kintyre Community Centre

This promotion may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

5. Service Area

Ship With Tori primarily serves customers throughout:

Kingston

Additional delivery areas may be introduced as the business expands.

6. Shipping Rates

Packages Over 10 lbs

Packages weighing over 10 lbs are charged at a flat rate of J$450 per additional pound.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Weight Rounding Policy

Packages weighing 0.5 lb or more above a whole pound will be rounded up to the next pound for billing purposes.

Examples:

2.4 lbs = 2 lbs
2.5 lbs = 3 lbs

8. Shopping Assistance

Ship With Tori provides shopping assistance for customers who need help purchasing items online.

Shopping Assistance Fee

J$1,000 per transaction

Customers may request assistance with:

Amazon
SHEIN
Walmart
eBay
Other approved online retailers

Full payment for the item and service fee must be received before purchases are made.

Ship With Tori is not responsible for:

Vendor delays
Incorrect items
Wrong sizes
Out-of-stock products
Manufacturer defects
Vendor cancellations

All refunds and exchanges remain subject to the retailer's policies.

9. Responsibility & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Ship With Tori assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or shipping errors.

Ship With Tori is not responsible for:

Vendor mistakes
Incorrect shipping information supplied by customers
Packages lost before reaching our warehouse
Customs delays
Airline delays
Weather-related disruptions
Third-party courier issues

Responsibility begins once a shipment is received at our designated warehouse and ends upon customer pickup or successful delivery.

10. Packaging & Fragile Items

Fragile items including:

Electronics
Glass
Ceramics
Liquids
Cosmetics
Decorative Items

are shipped entirely at the owner's risk.

Ship With Tori is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging from vendors or senders.

11. Prohibited Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipments comply with Jamaican and international shipping laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Illegal drugs
Firearms
Ammunition
Explosives
Hazardous chemicals
Counterfeit goods
Live animals
Perishable food
Cash
Negotiable instruments
Any item prohibited under Jamaican or U.S. law

Ship With Tori reserves the right to refuse any prohibited shipment.

12. Customs Duties & Government Charges

Customers are responsible for:

Customs duties
Government taxes
Regulatory fees
Import charges

Ship With Tori is not responsible for customs inspections, delays, confiscations, or penalties.

13. Referral Rewards Program

We appreciate our loyal customers.

Referral Reward

Customers receive:

J$150 Shipping Credit

for every referred customer who successfully ships with Ship With Tori.

Referral credits may only be used toward future shipping charges.

14. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
Bank Transfer
Online Transfer
Approved Digital Payment Platforms

All shipping charges and applicable fees must be paid before packages are released.

Payments become non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.

15. Claims & Complaints

Claims relating to damaged or missing packages must be submitted within 48 hours of package collection or delivery.

Supporting documentation may include:

Tracking number
Invoice
Photographs
Proof of value

Failure to submit claims within the specified period may result in denial of the claim.

16. Storage & Unclaimed Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days after notification may incur storage fees.

Packages remaining unclaimed after 30 days may be:

Returned
Donated
Auctioned
Disposed of

to recover storage and administrative costs.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

17. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before shipment processing begins.

Once shipment processing has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation fees may apply where applicable.

18. Amendments

Ship With Tori reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Ship With Tori and its customers regarding the use of our services.
